Open House: Class and in the field an Actual Open House

In this class, the agent will see from beginning to end how to create and hold an Open House. One of the things that will be covered will be:

• How do you advertise the Open House within the MLS?
• Send information to the neighborhood where the listing is so that the neighbors know that there will be an Open House.
• Verify if the association allows an Open House. If there is no association, then one can put it on the property without any problem. Generally, even the association allows you to put your Saint on the houses, at least within the property.
